Payment services for foreign citizens (non-residents of the Republic of Belarus)

Payments for services of the National Historical Archives of Belarus can be done in two ways:

- by Bank draft;

- by Card.

Instructions on making an order and a payment:

To use this service, you must first send a request to the appropriate Archives office. Please contact us via e-mail, post or using the form at our website field at http://niab.by/newsite/en/contact and provide the archives services for the records you would like to receive. Once it considered on time (up to 10 working days), you will then be supplied with conditions and details of the total cost by the two above-mentioned methods.

Payments are accepted through ArtPay by Belcard, Visa, MasterCard without any additional fees and interest charges.

The secure page of ArtPay system displays the account number, the name of services, the amounts of the invoice and the currency of the payment.

In Name. Please type in the name as shown on the Card you are using to make the payment. Enter Card details: number, expiration date, CVV2 / CVC2 code and an e-mail address to receive an electronic receipt and click “Make payment”. If  your Card and Bank support the 3D-Secure safety standard, you may be prompted to enter your secret 3D-Secure password. To get a 3D-Secure password you need to contact the Bank (the phone number is on your Card).

As a result of the payment, a receipt is generated in electronic form and will be sent to your e-mail address. It displays details of the operation and confirms the transaction. Please, save a copy of your receipt that explains the payment and also helps prevent any type of dispute.

Online Cards payments through ArtPay system are easy and safe. All your payments details will go directly to the payment system through an authorized provider under TLS 1.2 protocol with a 256 bit length of the encryption key by using 3-D Secure Verified by VISA and MasterCard Secure Code technologies.

The information will be held securely and will be used to provide you with the service you have requested. Any processing will be performed in line with the requirements of the PCI DSS 3.1 security standard.

The data transmitted via highly secure banking networks.

The processing center does not transfer the data of your Card to our company or another person.
