According to The Republic of Belarus Law on public appeals and appeals of legal entities (18 July, 2011, № 300-Z) the state institution “National Historical Archives of Belarus” shall organize a personal reception of citizens and legal representatives (including by appointment):

  • Irina Ivanovna Kovganova, Deputy Head of the Archives (visiting hours: Thursday from 08.00 a.m. to 02.00 p.m.)

Hours of issuance certificates and reception visitors:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 10.00 a.m. – 12.00 a.m.
Tuesday, Thursday: 2.00 p.m.- 4.00 p.m.

Advisory work for citizens on the records use: 09.00 a.m. – 11.00 a.m. (weekdays)
