• Mikhail Mikhailovich Glushakov, Head of the Archives (visiting hours: the first Wednesday of the month, from 08.00 a.m. to 01.00 p.m.), room 41.
• Natallia Tomashevna Buloichyk, Deputy Head of the Archives (visiting hours: the second and fourth Wednesday of the month, from 08.00 a.m. to 01.00 p.m.), room 42.
